Customized Job Descriptions
Biokinetics will perform on-site measurements of the essential physical and postural demands for each of your job titles for the purpose of generating a customized job description. While on-site, we will meet with management and employees to determine the scope of each job title, understand the essential tasks required for completion of assigned duties, and then measure all of the essential tasks to determine the required postural and physical demands. This customized job description may then be used for Post-Offer Pre-Employment testing of new hire candidates as well as for use with Functional Capacity Evaluations of injured employees. We will also assist you with determining applicable modified duty tasks to assist with Stay at Work programs. If requested, we can provide videos of the specific essential tasks for assistance in educating physicians and case managers as to the essential demands of a job title.
